Join Our Online Breath Medicine Community

Our Breath Medicine community is invited to journey together online every two weeks - on the full and new moon. These are short journeys: 30 minute journeys, with time to land and prepare before, and integrate afterwards. Each session is 60-75 minutes in total.

All are invited to join us. It’s an opportunity to experience Breath Medicine and to connect with our team and our community.

If you haven’t already done so, we’ll also request that you fill out an intake form to check for any cautions and contraindications that may influence your practice. If you have any of these, we’ll be in touch regarding how you can safely journey with Breath Medicine.

Once you’ve completed the registration and intake forms, we’ll review them and send you the Breath Medicine preparation materials, the schedule of upcoming sessions and the links to join the calls.
